This program is designed to provide candidates with both a technical and practical foundation for improving processes.

Upon completion of the training Green Belt candidates will:

  • Understanding Six Sigma tools by application to specific company projects
  • Achieving measurable business results quickly

Some of the topics covered during the program include:

  • Six Sigma Philosophy

  • Process Mapping
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Measurement System Assessment
